I have been coming to Leslie Pools in Antioch for a few years now and when Charlie Green is there I always get fantastic service. The past few months or so I have been helped by an employee By the name Mindy. The first time she was rude and not knowledgable about anything regarding pool supplies nor is she helpful. I ignored it and thought ok maybe she is having a bad day. But the 10 times I have been in there since, she is exactly the same. Unprofessional, rude, and doesn't know anything about pools or what she is talking about. I was in there also with my wife and kids and found Mindy to be very flirtatious and inappropriate. My wife and I had to tell her to chill out and act professional. After this incident I no longer feel comfortable going to this Leslie Pools and actually don't mind driving the extra distance to Pittsburgh. Unless I know Charlie is in, I will not take my business here ever again. Mindy is a sexual harassment case just waiting to happen and needs to learn a thing or too about respect of others and knowledge of what she is talking about and selling. She is a disgrace to the company and needs to be let go before she gets someone in trouble. If I could have given her no stars that's what she would have got. Charlie on the other hand deserves better employees to represent him and his store. He will lose. Customers because of her unprofessionalism. Sorry Charlie.
