    After speaking with the district manager, he was still not going to reimburse me for anything. He made excuses like perhaps your copper pipes caused the water to turn green. Or maybe your filter or pumps are bad and then tried to sell me $3800 for three new pumps. This company is dishonest and perhaps even incompetent in some aspect by the fact that they attempt to gain your confidence and then rape you on the sale if you are not knowledgeable enough to see it coming or about the chemicals.     I have circulation problems after a new de filter was installed on oct.30 2013. I have been trying to get these resolved before a freeze. I have been stiffed on a scheduled repair after waiting for the technician all day without a call until well after the scheduled time promised. This is not what I spent $1500 dollars to worry about. The technician Al called me to inform me he could not get to me until Friday dec.6th. This will be to late to save my pool from freezing which is scheduled to come in on Thursday the 5th.     Service person(Robert) was surly and sloppy. He changed the sand in the filter and left stains all over the flagstone and cool deck. He also dumped sand on my lawn and left it there. When he came in for payment I asked if it was customary for the sand to be left on my lawn. He said no and asked if I had a shovel. Gave him a shovel and he removed some of it.     We took a water sample in, and was told we NEEDED to buy a bunch of stuff. We were going to try it a different way, but the man at the store kept pushing so we bought the first chemical he told us we needed, an alkalinity product. We went home and decided to go with our original plan and called the store. We were then told that we could not return it and there was no returns.     I purchased a Solar Cover from Leslies Tucson - #3 202, In Feb of 2009. I was told that there was a 5 year warranty on the cover and to return it if it did not hold up. In 6-2010, I returned it because the bubbles were breaking down little pieces of blue plastic was floating around in the pool. With no questions asked, the store gave me a new cover. Now it is July of 2011 and the same problem is happening. This time the manager of the store told me that only the seam is warrantied and I should never have gotten a new replacement.     TOOK POLARIS INTO KINGWOOD,TX LOCATION FOR REPAIR ON 5/8. I WAS CALLED ON 5/11 WITH QUOTE AND I ADVISED TECH NOT TO REPAIR(TO HIGH)I WOULD PICK UP EQUIP. I WENT TO PICK UP POLARIS ON 5/14 I WAS TOLD THAT MY POLARIS WAS GIVEN TO SOMEONE ELSE AND THEY ASKED ME TO TAKE ANOTHER CUSTOMERS POLARIS THAT LOOKED TO 10 YRS OLD AT LEAST.     I ordered a Pool liner last year after 30 days and no call from them I went to the store in Woodstock Ga. Where I purchased it to be told that when I ordered it the Manager was a fill-in while the normal Manager was out of town, and it was never ordered.     I tried to buy a pool pump from Leslie's at the store managers price of $1299.95 and use a coupon i received in the mail for free installation. after taking my $61.50 for a site inspection I was told that if i wanted free installation I would have to pay a different price for the pump, Almost $300 dollars more not including tax.     A service man broke my equipment wall on November 14, 2009 while installing a new filter, and FINALLY on February 20, 2010, the wall was put back up. HOWEVER, I HAVE TO SUPPLY THE PAINT.     Ordered a pool cover on Nov. 26, 2009 and they told me it would take 5-7 business days for arrival. 2 weeks later no call. I had to go in and inquire.     The last straw. I scheduled service with Leslie's pool to replace the pool pump 3 times in as many years. The tech arrived as agreed but immediately said that he needs parts and would try to return that day or would return first thing the next morning.
