RMA process is broken


I was happy with the ordering system and web site, and the product was ok (although I had to return it due to no fault of Leslie.

The RMA process is broken, though. Customer service never replied to any emails I sent them.

Customer service agents were professional and helpful when I called them, but it was clear that my emails to Leslie, including Support-requested emails, had been ignored.

The RMA process is of pre-beta quality. In other words, it needs a lot of work.
