Cecili (Mgr.) was patronizing and rude. I didn't know the EXACT name of the product I needed to order (I called it Bull Frog) she ridiculed me for not knowing, and was patronizing. With five customers and the only clerk busy, she stayed in the back and would not come out to help customers for about 30 min. She belittled & put down the one clerk in front of customers. Very smarmy & unprofessional. She needs a customer sensitivity and employee management class.
