LESLIES POOL SUPPLIES Complaint

rude incompetant - polaris 380
I have used the Leslie's store at Jefferson Green In Newport News, VA for 13 years. Spending from $500 - $1,000 a season there.The Manager there Donte McRae is rude and incompetent. I took my Polaris there to have it checked out because it was not Running in the pool. It was there for 8 days. When I took it in a Saturday, he told me we were #2 and it would be back in 3-4 days. I went to check on it on Sunday, still not ready. Donte, said he had to be more concern with the paying customers on the floor than fixing Polaris's.
He informed me "He" is the only qualified person in the store to work on them.. I informed him I wanted my polaris back that day by closing or I was going to contact home office. He called within the hour to come pick it up, it was fixed. He said to me, I hope you will reconsider calling home office, I have made your repair.
Took the Polaris home, it was not fixed. I took it to another pool store. They informed me there were not hub caps on wheels, where were they? They were on the Polaris when I took it to Leslie's. Went back to Leslies to get the hub caps, The young man in the store called Donte to ask where he had put them, he said oh!! there were none on it when I bought it in. He sure has a very good memory. Bought the Polaris there, the year before $700.
I am contacting home office, to inform them of the poor incompetent, rude service I received. From now on I will be using Douglas Aquatics and Anchor Aquatic's in Newport News/York Co for service and supplies.
